OUR NASA 1958 – 2008 For a long time we looked with jealousy at Russians and Americans conquering the space. Somebody let the first sputnik, later send a cosmonaut Jurij Gagarin. Others landed in the cosmic ship on the Moon, created a multiple usage cosmic ship “Shuttle”. We decided to correct the mistake and since the 6 of June Lithuanians can also be proud of the space project OUR NASA launched by the creative team “A.Nomeika and friends” in Žalvaris Park. Cosmic ship – iron (the project of Sergej Evtuchov), national moon-rover, with two tops of six and twenty meters in diameter already stands there, in Žalvaris. The opening included all the astronautic escort procedures: crew selection (test No. 1 and No. 2), preparation, dressing in the protective suit, arrival to the spaceport. And start! Out to the open space, landing and congratulations.
